At MAD CAPE, each hoodie is made with care—from the detailed embroidery to the premium fabric. Because of the time, craftsmanship, and cost that goes into every piece, we currently only accept exchanges (no refunds) within 14 days of receiving your product. 

That said, we keep the process hassle-free and easy—just like our vibe.
Need a different size, or color? No sweat. We just ask that you send it back unwashed and in new condition. 
Just reach out and we’ll get you back to chillin’ in no time. (Timeframe based on inventory levels)
