Welcome to MAD CAPE — where comfort meets coastal vibes.
It all started with a hoodie obsession… and a whole lot of beach days.
MAD CAPE was born from our family’s love for two things: comfy hoodies and the laid-back magic of beach life, especially our favorite place — Cape Cod. Our daughter Melody has always been hoodie-obsessed (seriously, she’d live in one if she could), and we wanted to create something that captured that same cozy feeling, mixed with the ocean breeze and summer sunsets we love.
The name MAD CAPE comes from two places close to our hearts:
“MAD” is a throwback to those 90s vibes — mad chill, mad cool — and also stands for Melody and Dad, the duo that sparked the vision.
“CAPE” is our nod to Cape Cod, the water, and the relaxed, salty-air lifestyle that inspires our designs — not just in New England, but at beaches all around the world.
